Pocket Luach is the first Hebrew calendar for Pocket PC and even possibly for Windows CE.
Update Description
The official web page is: http://www.tebeka.com There is also a newsgroups for Pocket Luach. Email me if you wish to join us there. This latest version of the installation program does not need the .NET framework to run. The previous version would display a nasty error message if .NET was not installed on the PC.

Candle lighting time is displayed only erev Yom Tovim and Fridays. End of Shabbat is displayed on Saturdays. End of Yom Tovim are displayed on these days...
