hi there , i installed pc suit for 7650and also my laptop detected the phone already ,BUt when i run the pc suit ...they have the message the ... this is the first time u have used pc suit please attach your 7650 to computer and then click OK , then i click ok so many times but nothing happen and i realize that the connection icon in pc suit window is still disconntected but in my tool bar it's connected , so anyone can help me about this ? thanks
Hi k.Sivapon. Besides turning on infrared on the phone, check on PC screen. Look the bottom right and find icon called "mRouter". Then, double click that icon. You'll see Connection properties box. Then, you can choose the media you use to connect between 7650 and PC.
Ex: I have laptop with built-in infrared port. So, I click on infrared port check box.
After that everything will work, you can use PC-suit perfectly.
